Brewing Professional - SCA Accredited Course, Coffee Training in Birmingham (3 Day)

The course is designed for industry professional, head of coffee, head Barista for utlimate skills of brewing. It is for those who are responsible for their coffee quality and development.

COURSE HOURS 21 hours including exams 

WHAT WE WILL COVER 

The course tests the ability of the professional brewer to navigate the Brewing Control Chart. Extend the practical and sensory brewing capabilities of the professional brewer. Every brew in the course must be recorded in brewing worksheets 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 

Must have Brewing Intermediate 

Recommended Barista Intermediate


***Acceptance of students not studied our Foundation and Intermediate Courses, will be evaluated and assessed individually, to ensure meeting of requirement to SCA Professional Level. For students who cannot meet the standard they can attend the course but they cannot take the examination and accreditation from SCA. You understand and agree this terms before purchase.

*Our course fee does not include SCA’s course enrolment fee €50. SCA introduced new accreditation enrolment in Feb 2023. Course fee and SCA’s enrolment fee will be paid separately.
*If you want to get a SCA certificate. First you have to register our course and pay course fee here, and provide your learner ID (register here) . You will then receive an email from SCA to pay the course enrolment fee. You have to pay the enrolment fee directly to SCA before the course date. Otherwise you can still attend the course without accreditation, but you cannot attend the exam and will not get a SCA certificate.
*Course fee is not refundable once booked, schedule and resource is occupied. If you foresee any change in advance we will try our best to reschedule to next available class, subject to availability and admin fee.
