Understand brewing parameters that affect cup quality and how to dial in the recipe to best suit the coffee.
Understand café operation layouts and how to arrange
Look at water quality, measure TDS, alkalinity and PH
Understand a café operation - Test your knowledge and skill with a series of written and practical assessments

***Acceptance of students not studied our Foundation and Intermediate Courses, will be evaluated and assessed individually, to ensure meeting of requirement to SCA Professional Level.
